Limited Warranty

DTF Printer

The Otter DTF Printers and DTF systems (including powder shaker) are covered by a 24-month warranty. Parts that come in contact with ink, such as ink cartridges, printheads and other consumable parts are not covered by warranty.

DTF Heat Press

The Otter Heat Press machine comes with a 24-month warranty, while the display screen and heating platen are covered for 6 months.

DTF Consumables

DTF consumables including hot melt powder, ink, film and other supplies are not covered by the warranty.

During the warranty period, Otter DTF technicians handle repairs on non-artificially damaged components. Our technicians offer remote support, including phone calls, messages, video calls, and remote control to troubleshoot and replace parts. Additionally, we offer paid door-to-door service for customers located in the United States, Mexico, and Europe.

After the warranty period, if parts are damaged, the customer will be responsible for the replacement cost of the parts. Otter DTF’s technicians will continue to provide remote assistance services. Customers can also install the parts themselves or choose other technicians. However, we are not responsible for problems arising from self-repair.
